Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for new contracts by calculating manufacturing costs.
  • Adhere to company guidelines when analyzing and providing estimations, focusing on maximizing profit and customer satisfaction while minimizing potential risks.
  • Prepare detailed, well-written proposals for each client, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, filing, and attending meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of architectural drawings and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to formulate what needs to be manufactured and create sketches of required items.
  • Understanding of different materials, gauges, and machine capabilities to ensure accurate cost estimates.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to complete mathematical calculations, such as percentages.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Academic or technical qualifications, including a minimum of English GCSE Grade C/5 and Maths GCSE Grade B/6.
