Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Estimator to join our team at Precise Recruitment Services Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project scope and gather necessary information.
  • Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare detailed and competitive tenders and proposals.
  • Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as an Estimator in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in using estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of cost control techniques and methodologies.
