About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated carpenter to join our dynamic team as an Experienced Carpenter. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality first and second fix carpentry, including roofing and other structural elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform first fix carpentry, including framing, floor joists, and roofing.
  • Complete second fix carpentry, including door frames, skirting boards, and architraves.
  • Execute roofing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with demolition work as required, ensuring safety and compliance on site.
  • Work closely with site managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in first and second fix carpentry.
  • Skilled in roofing tasks, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on-site.
  • Must have a full set of tools required for the job.
  • Ability to undertake occasional demolition work.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites across the UK.
