About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Case Manager to join our team, responsible for maintaining and managing a pipeline of 1st and 2nd charge cases after a mortgage offer has been issued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all mortgage conditions are satisfied before cases are completed.
  • Create a digital application file and ensure all necessary documentation is collected, scanned, and stored correctly.
  • As experience increases, the trainee underwriter's cases will need to be QA-checked by another member of the team.
  • A point of contact for incoming calls to the team's main group telephone number.

Requirements:

  • GCSE English & Maths.
