Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Xpertise Recruitment. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure and Operations team, you will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day and project support to employees, dealing with issues regarding IT equipment and services.
Work with outsourced vendors to resolve issues, coordinating and owning IT problems.
Support the department with other IT-related issues.
Act as a key point of contact between employees, the ICT Services team and 3rd party specialist partners.

Requirements:

Relevant previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role, providing on-site and remote support.
Microsoft Office & Windows desktop environment experience.
Experience with network connectivity, WIFI connections, tethering computers to phones.
Familiar with BYOD, phones and tablets in a corporate environment.
Experience with building, configuring and troubleshooting Laptops/PC, Mobile phones, printers and tablets.

About the Role:

As an IT Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our ICT Services team and 3rd party specialist partners to resolve IT issues and provide solutions to employees.
