Job Title: Financial Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee benefits schemes.
  • Provide expert advice on group risk, group private medical insurance, and other schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Auto-Enrolment compliance for all pension schemes, ensuring seamless administration and minimal disruption to clients.
  • Coordinate annual renewal and market reviews for all existing group risk schemes, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Process claims and maintain open communication with clients and consultants, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Complete follow-up actions from client meetings, liaising with clients, insurers, and pension providers as required.
  • Issue policy documentation and assist clients with the implementation of Employee Assistance programs.
  • Support, train, and develop junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • R01 Regulation and Ethics (essential)
  • GR1 Group Risk (essential)
  • R04 Pension and Retirement Planning (desirable)
  • Progressing towards the Diploma in Insurance (desirable)
