Sustainability Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Training Specialist to join Kenton Black's team in the UK. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to help us become a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO), enabling us to deliver in-house training courses focused on sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive occupational experience in a construction or health & safety-related role or training within these sectors, and be able to deliver CITB Accredited training including SMSTS, SSSTS, as well as internal SHE related training courses.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to our mission of building sustainable and affordable communities. You'll be based at home, mainly delivering training online with occasional UK travel. Our requirements include:

  • A team player who is confident, approachable, and forward-thinking
  • Level 3 (or higher) Award in Education and Training (PTLLS)
  • Extensive occupational experience in a construction or health & safety-related role or training within these sectors
  • NEBOSH or H&S Diploma-qualified
  • Excellent communication, people, IT, and written skills
