Role Overview: Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned Risk Data Manager to drive data architecture development and enhance risk reporting capabilities for a leading Wealth Manager.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine data architecture to align with the company's digitalisation strategy.
- Design and maintain Power BI and Excel reports, support Risk Management system enhancements, and provide training and maintenance.
- Analyse risk-related data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for management.
- Improve data quality within the Risk Management system.
- Support risk reporting activities and prepare Risk Governance reports.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Risk Framework.
About You:
- Proven experience in financial services and understanding of risk management methodologies.
- Strong skills in data architecture and analytics, particularly with Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently to support risk management and reporting obligations.
