Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution.
Your results will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses, and increased customer profitability.
You will be responsible for conducting proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved. This will involve performing targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks.
Additionally, you will conduct routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner. You will also improve fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate.
Utilizing various data workflow management and analysis tools, you will demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc., and various data types and formats.
Responsibilities- Supporting business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights relating to the customers' deployment.
- Conducting proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved.
- Performing targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks.

- Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc., and various data types and formats.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Demonstrate good research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills in English. Other languages ideal.
