**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at a school in Exeter. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting and educating students with special educational needs. You will work closely with students, their families, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEN
  • Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support

**Requirements**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working in SEN settings
  • Strong understanding of different types of special educational needs and strategies to support them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families

**Salary:** £30,000 - £45,000 per year (dependent on experience)
