As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work collaboratively with the school's SENCO to deliver high-quality support to students with special educational needs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver targeted interventions to students with SEN, both within and beyond the classroom environment.
  2. Support classroom teachers in developing and implementing personalized learning plans (PLPs) and accommodations for students with SEN.
  3. Foster a culture of inclusion and social responsibility among students with SEN.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Desirable experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are beneficial but not mandatory.
