About The Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to students with SEN, enhancing their learning experience and promoting academic progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the SENCO to implement IEPs and accommodations, ensuring students receive optimal support.
  • Help students develop essential life skills, independence, and confidence, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Requirements
  • Desirable previous experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs.
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting students with diverse needs, promoting a nurturing environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are advantageous but not essential, as training and professional development will be provided.
  • A willingness to undergo relevant training and continuous professional development, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and skills.
