**Job Title:** Admin Team Management Coordinator

**Estimated Salary:** £38,000 - £52,000 per annum

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Admin Team Management Coordinator to join our Outpatient Admin team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and management of staff including work allocation, performance, and appraisal development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, be able to manage complex projects and deliver key outcomes, potentially on a city-wide basis working across the Organisation. They will also be able to lead and motivate staff in the delivery of quality care across complex clinical and business environments and services.

In this role, you will be involved in budget setting and acting as an authorised signatory, deliver information/knowledge skills training as required, and demonstrate knowledge and application of key policies and procedures.
