About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Leeds Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team, you will be responsible for managing our volunteer program and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers
  • Coordinating volunteer schedules and rotas
  • Monitoring volunteer performance and providing feedback

As a Leeds Volunteer Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with dementia and their families. You will also receive comprehensive training and support to excel in your role.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with volunteers or in a similar role

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
