Job Title: Leeds Community Engagement Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to deliver our core youth programmes across Leeds.

The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to young people, helping them to connect in the community, gain new knowledge and skills, and develop positive changes in their employment and career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage young people in community activities.
  • Collaborate with young people to design and deliver community action projects that benefit individuals and promote active citizenship.
  • Manage all practical and administrative aspects of programme delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with young people, inspiring and empowering them during and outside of activities.
Requirements:
  • A level 3 Certificate in Youth and Community Work (or willingness to train).
  • Prior experience working with young people and delivering community programmes.
  • Relevant experience in programme coordination and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum. The salary range is based on the title, job description, and location.
