Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operational Team Manager to join our team at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop our community therapy services, working closely with the Operational Service Manager and Clinical Therapy team.
In this role, you will have oversight of staff within the service, managing appraisals, 1:1s, training, and performance. You will also be responsible for implementing the Business Continuity Plan, ensuring demand and capacity are managed while taking into account peaks and troughs of the service.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of support staff needs, experience of complex decision-making, and the ability to work alongside HR.
