This position is part of Leeds City Council's Children and Young People's service, focusing on supporting families with students attending Lawnswood High School.
The primary objective is to design and implement restorative family interventions, aiming to enhance outcomes for children, young people, and their families affected by substance use.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated professional passionate about community development, particularly in working with children and vulnerable individuals.
The successful candidate will require:
- A qualification in Social Work, Youth and Community, Playwork, Community Studies, Family Support, or equivalent
- Over 3 years of experience working with children and vulnerable populations
