Coordinating Casual Workforce with Efficiency and Effectiveness

About the Role

The Football Association is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to coordinate the deployment of casual staff within a designated region. As a Workforce Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the seasonal plan across various disciplines and delivery modes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploying Casual Workforce: Coordinate the deployment of casual staff within a region aligned to the seasonal plan, across multiple disciplines and delivery modes.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure casual staff are deployed effectively, considering relevant knowledge and skills, whilst focusing on diverse teams that represent the football community.
  • Contingency Planning: Build contingency plans to ensure mitigation of risk surrounding casual staff availability.
  • Data Management: Manage data tracking workforce deployment and development, connecting to learning evaluation and efficiencies of process.
Requirements
  • Knowledge: Learning event planning and delivery, including the planning and scheduling of workforce.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in supporting learning delivery across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid) and diverse disciplines, adapting to different learning needs and logistical challenges.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and logistical planning.
