Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Manager to join our high-performing sales team at our Volkswagen Dealership in Worcester.

The successful candidate will be a great coach/role model to the sales team, with excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to develop sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products.
  • Assist in developing the sales team and provide coaching and assistance.
  • Discuss the financial requirements of our customers and propose financial agreements to our nominated lenders.

Requirements

  • An outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
