About the Role

Climax Studios is a renowned game development studio with a rich history of creating engaging digital experiences. We're seeking an experienced Lead Level Designer to join our award-winning team and contribute to the development of a AAA IP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a level design team to create immersive environments that drive memorable gameplay experiences.
  • Design and build large, complex levels that meet project vision and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in level design and quality.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to help them grow and improve.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Lead Level Designer on at least two published console titles.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a creative team.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprinting.
  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
