Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of level designers to create immersive and engaging game environments.
  • Design and build large-scale levels that meet the project's vision and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the narrative and gameplay teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging player experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Level Designer on at least two published console titles.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprinting.
  • Experience with level flow, metrics, and pacing.
