Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a level design team to create memorable gameplay experiences.
  • Design and build large, immersive levels that align with the project vision.
  • Ensure team adherence to best practices, methodologies, and quality benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Level Designer on at least two published console titles.
  • Ability to lead a creative team, inspire, motivate, and provide constructive direction and feedback.
  • Experience with level flow, metrics, and pacing.
  • Strong visual eye for scene setting, sight lines, vistas, and areas of interest.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprinting.
  • Experience with greyboxing levels and scripting gameplay content.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with a creative and multidisciplinary team.
