Job Description

This role is focused on managing packaging development within cross-functional teams to ensure fit-for-purpose packaging meeting the packaging brief, delivered on time, in full. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing packaging solutions and initiatives, with a strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive development testing protocols for all critical aspects of pack performance and ensure pack is tested against these.
  • Deliver packaging which not only meets the required quality and technical standards, but also delights the consumer and builds brand love, through using packaging best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure successful project delivery.

Main interactions: Wider Unilever and PepsiCo Packaging Community, Pepsi Lipton R&D and Supply Chain Organization, Marketing Teams, Packaging suppliers, PepsiCo Packaging Network, International production locations, Packaging procurement.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary range considering the location and industry standards.
