Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced EUC Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Iron Systems. As an EUC Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing desktop devices, providing standard and approved hardware and software support, and maintaining the configuration and installation of desktop devices. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience on Windows 7 OS, as well as experience with Service management tools and EUC tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage desktop devices (hardware, software, and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
  • Provide standard and approved hardware and software (operating systems and standard office applications) support and maintenance on desktop devices for their entire lifecycle.
  • Manage hard and soft break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
  • Support, manage, optimize, and maintain the configuration and installation of desktop devices, including patch updates and hardware replacements.
  • Analyze Service Desk calls for desktop devices and incident data to identify and advise customers of any potential user training requirements.
  • Ensure that each desktop device is installed with the appropriate desktop image.
  • Manage desktop devices (hardware and software) incidents through to resolution.
  • Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all desktop devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements.
