Job Title: EUC Desktop Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Iron Systems. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our desktop devices, ensuring that our users have a seamless and productive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage desktop devices, including hardware, software, and connectivity, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide expert-level support for Windows 7 OS, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Analyze service desk calls and incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement effective solutions to improve desktop support services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in EUC desktop support.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of EUC tools, remote support tools, and MS Office.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in EUC desktop support, with a focus on Windows 7 OS.
  • Strong knowledge of AD, smart hands, and feet support.
  • Experience with Service management tools, such as ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a three-year college or technical school with an emphasis in electronics.
