Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate for this Grocery Sales and Development Lead role will be responsible for managing and developing strong relationships with key grocery accounts. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, conducting market research and analysing consumer trends, and leading negotiations on pricing, contracts, and promotional activities with grocery retailers. Additionally, the candidate will monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and account activities, as well as provide exceptional customer service to grocery accounts.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
