**Higher Level Education Support Professional**
We invite applications from motivated and experienced professionals to fill the role of Higher Level Education Support Professional at Shorefields. This position involves leading targeted English interventions for students in Key Stages 3 and 4, using your expertise to create personalized learning pathways.
Your primary focus will be on developing comprehensive ILPs, fostering collaboration among educators, and communicating effectively with parents and other stakeholders. We value candidates who possess exceptional leadership qualities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and a passion for education.
The ideal candidate will have achieved a GCSE qualification in English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent, and preferably holds the HLTA/L4 Teaching Assistant qualification. Alternatively, they may be willing to acquire this certification within 12 months of appointment.
Our attractive compensation package includes a salary of approximately £17,133 per annum, inclusive of holiday pay, for a part-time schedule of 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during term time, plus five staff training days.
