The Perfect Opportunity for an Education Professional
\GSL Education is seeking a skilled and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a valuable member of our education team, you will provide personalized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or other learning challenges, working closely with teachers to develop tailored learning strategies.
\Your key responsibilities will include adapting learning materials and strategies to meet individual student needs, providing in-class support during lessons, and collaborating with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). You will also contribute to the planning of activities and learning interventions, fostering academic, social, and emotional development among students.
\To excel in this role, you will need prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role, a strong understanding of SEN, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. A commitment to safeguarding and child protection is essential, with a background check required upon appointment.
