We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for our Student Support Pathway.

This is a 37-hour per week role, working 40 weeks per year (term time, plus non-pupil days and 1 week during the school closure period).

  • Support an identified group of students to enhance their attendance, involvement, and independence in school.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies for student development.
  • Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to the pastoral and SEN teams.

About This Role

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our pastoral and Special Educational Needs (SEN) teams to provide essential support and guidance to children who have been identified as needing additional assistance.
