Job Overview:

East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join its team in Adult Clinical Specialities at Colchester Hospital. As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses to deliver individualised, safe, and quality care to patients. You will engage in therapeutic activities, build therapeutic relationships, and contribute to maintaining a safe clinical environment.

You should also be aware of the physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients and their relatives, as well as the nature of the carer's role in assisting patients to fulfill basic human needs.
