We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in supporting a child in Upper KS2. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for the child.

About the Role

This fixed-term contract will see you supporting a child with special educational needs, working closely with our experienced teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The successful candidate will have experience of supporting children with their learning, particularly literacy, and be committed to meeting their wider needs. They will also be able to work as part of a team, demonstrate good communication skills, show initiative and flexibility, and be organised and efficient in setting up systems to support learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the child in Upper KS2 with their learning, particularly literacy
  • Develop individualised plans in collaboration with teachers and support staff
  • Ensure the child's safety and well-being at all times
