Personal Assistant to Network Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Network Director of Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's diary, preparing agendas and meeting papers, and providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Network Director's diary and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare agendas and meeting papers, and distribute to relevant stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the Network Director, including responding to emails and phone calls
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
