Facilities and Office Support Professional

The Blue Monday Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Office Support Professional to join our team in London. This role involves managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a seamless and well-organised environment for our staff and guests.
About the RoleThis part-time position will be responsible for various tasks including day-to-day contact with colleagues, suppliers, and visitors; management of the office space; handling logistics arrangements; basic IT support; and wider administration tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Coordinate logistics arrangements, including courier and taxi bookings, office supplies, and post delivery.
- Provide basic IT support, resetting meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready for use.
- Assist with wider administration tasks, including new starter and leaver administration, and diary management for senior leadership team members.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, logistics, and IT support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and a willingness to learn new software and systems is required.
What We OfferThis exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum pro-rata, depending on experience. Additional benefits include performance-related bonus, private medical insurance, permanent health insurance, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
