Job Description

This is a critical role within our organization, requiring a professional individual with a passion for health and fitness. As an Area Facilities/Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the condition of our clubs, both internally and externally, meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the upkeep of facilities, including equipment, plant, materials, fixtures, fittings, and finishes.
  • Oversee daily, reactive, and planned maintenance tasks to ensure operational facilities and high standards of finish and condition.
  • Implement health and safety requirements, ensuring proactive management.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in commercial property maintenance.
  • Planned and scheduled routine and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • A sound understanding of electricity, health and safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems (HVAC) and electrical systems.
  • Computer literacy, preferably with experience of planned maintenance systems.
  • Proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance and electrical systems.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
