We are looking for a building services technical specialist to join our team in a state-of-the-art commercial office space. This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities.

">Key Responsibilities
  • ">
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant installations.">
  • Conduct visual inspections, fix leaks, maintain HVAC systems, and perform lighting upgrades/maintenance.">
  • Maintain power distribution in the building and carry out visual inspection and repair work on water pumps.">
  • Cooling tower maintenance and water treatment in line with L8 regulations.">
  • Undertake basic fabric duties as required and escort sub-contractors across the site.">
  • Keep PPM records up-to-date.">
">Requirements
  • ">
  • A minimum of 18th Edition qualification in Electrical Installations.">
  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.">
  • Knowledge of commercial boilers/pumps is essential.">
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.">
">Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
