Job Overview

Arcus Solutions is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work, and will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks.

The role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and 1 in 4 weeks on call. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of mechanical tasks, including plumbing and HVAC experience.

Essential qualifications include 18th edition certification and a full valid UK driver's license. In addition to the salary of £35,921 per annum, you will also receive a 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets, and a group personal pension scheme, life assurance, and access to state-of-the-art training academy.
