We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our award-winning culinary team at a luxury boutique hotel and spa in Rutland.

About the Role

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the hotel's high standards, focusing on a specific section of the kitchen. You will oversee and coordinate your kitchen section, ensuring quality and smooth operation, and supervise junior staff, manage stock, and minimize waste.

Key Responsibilities
