Job Overview
Inspired Gaming Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Assistant to join its team. As a Senior Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the flow of invoices through the system, ensuring timely processing and payment.
  • Perform key account reconciliations on a monthly basis, resolving and escalating any queries as needed.
  • Follow up and review aged items and debit balances on the ledger.
  • Support annual audit requirements.
  • Implement process automation initiatives.
  • Assist with generating payment runs, ensuring all due invoices are captured for payment.
  • Provide cover for the AP Manager.
  • Drive best practices, collaborating with team members to identify ways to improve efficiency and enhance key performance metrics.

Requirements
  • Experience working in Accounts Payable within an organization committed to continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to influence others to achieve results.
  • A strong team player with self-motivation.
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively.
