- Experience in industrial recruitment, including new business development and account management.
- Strong background in telesales or face-to-face sales, gained within the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to present recruitment solutions to various levels of management within organizations.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
