We are looking for a compassionate and diligent Care Assistant to join our team at our care home in the Morriston area. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their overall well-being.

About the Role:

  • You will collaborate with a Registered Nurse to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, grooming, and feeding.
  • Create a supportive environment that respects resident dignity and individuality.
  • Take responsibility for safeguarding and reporting any concerns related to abuse, harm, or neglect.
