Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Residential Portfolio Specialist to join our team at Trinity Estates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of developments in the Northampton area and ensuring that companies' responsibilities are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough development inspections to guarantee that companies' responsibilities are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, respond promptly to their queries, and provide regular updates.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise closely with the Accounts department for accurate financial management.
  • Evaluate contractors' works to ensure they meet quality and cost-effectiveness standards.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential property management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Building Safety Act 2023 and Fire Safety regulations.
  • A proven track record of budgeting and account management.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
  • Prior experience in contract management.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
