Job Title: Portfolio Development Manager

As a key member of Trinity Estates, you will oversee a portfolio of developments in the Northampton area. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that companies' responsibilities are met, and you will build positive relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in residential property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough development inspections to guarantee that companies' responsibilities are met.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships, respond promptly to queries, and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Liaise closely with the Accounts department for accurate financial management.
  • Evaluate contractors' works to ensure they meet quality and cost-effectiveness standards.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential property management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Building Safety Act 2023 and Fire Safety regulations.
  • A proven track record of budgeting and account management.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
  • Prior experience in contract management.
