Sales Growth Specialist

At Sterling Cross Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from initial contact to project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and provide post-sale support.
- Sales Process & Closing: Deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and manage contracts aligned with client goals.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with Engineers and Project Managers for seamless project transitions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build alliances with suppliers and subcontractors to support efficient project delivery.
