Qualified Specialist for Child Disability Support

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Specialist for Child Disability Support to join our team in Salford.
About the JobThis is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and sensitivity. As a specialist, you will be working closely with children with disabilities and their families to develop tailored support plans that meet their unique needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing client needs and developing care plans
- Coordinating services and resources to support clients
- Providing emotional support and guidance to clients and their families
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recognised social work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work)
- Full Social Work England registration
- Significant relevant experience in a similar role
