Complex Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a caring and nurturing Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support students with severe and profound learning needs in a specialist school. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of pupils with profound needs, but full training can be provided if experience is limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with personal care and daily living tasks
- Assist with lesson plans and activities to meet individual student needs
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students

Requirements:
