Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver targeted support to students with SEMH needs, working closely with teachers and other professionals.
  2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
  3. Collaborate with SENCOs and external agencies to develop and implement effective behaviour support plans.
  4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role, preferably in SEMH.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
