Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Educator to join our team in Harlow, Essex, supporting Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs. As an integral member of our team, you will work closely with students, parents, and school staff to deliver high-quality educational support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement tailored educational plans to meet individual student needs
* Provide one-to-one and small group tuition to students with SEN
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure seamless integration of SEN support

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, BEd)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and best practices
* Additional training in SEN support

Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
