We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our innovative team at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust in Harlow, Essex.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality assessment, advice, treatment, and evaluation services for patients referred to our acute Inpatient Occupational Therapy Service.
You will have the opportunity to work across various specialties, including Acute Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, A&E, short stay wards, Frailty, and Palliative Care. Our rotations and place of work may change according to the evolving nature of our integrated pathways across acute and community teams.
Key Responsibilities- To provide an Occupational Therapy Service for Acute Inpatients at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust.
- To take responsibility for a specified caseload undertaking assessment, treatment, and evaluation of patients referred to the service.
- To work as part of a Multi-disciplinary/Agency team.
- To work as an autonomous professional according to College of Occupational Therapy 'Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct' and the 'Health Professions Council Regulations.'
- To actively participate in Continuing Professional Development and contribute to the development of in-service training.

The annual salary for this position is £40,595 - £60,455 depending on experience.
