About the Role

Parker Smith Inclusion is recruiting a qualified Teaching Assistant to join their team in a mainstream secondary school in Harlow. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working in the SEN department, supporting pupils to achieve their best.

The school has a great SENDCO and a fantastic team in their inclusion provision who will be able to offer you great support. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Teaching Assistant looking to utilise their skills and make a difference to the lives of young people.

The ideal candidate will be focused and determined to encourage pupils to reach their full potential. You should also be empathetic, friendly and able to form good relationships with children as well as having a genuine passion for the role. As a successful Teaching Assistant, you should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour.
