Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding and Wellbeing Officer to join our team on a term-time, full-time basis.

The successful candidate will provide support to the college community in safeguarding cases, work with external agencies, and attend meetings on behalf of the college.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to students with safeguarding concerns
  • Collaborating with safeguarding leaders to promote student wellbeing
  • Contributing to the administration of behaviour management procedures
  • Assisting in implementing an effective wellbeing strategy for staff and students

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external agencies.
